eWomenNetwork Foundation seeks requests for grants from Reno-area nonprofits for women and children
The eWomenNetwork Foundation and eWomenNetwork Reno/Carson/Tahoe Chapter have announced that requests for their 2017 grants for nonprofits working to change the lives of women and children are open March 1-April 5, 2017.
Funds for the grants program are raised by local chapters, and decisions about grant recipients are made locally, as well. “Our Foundation constantly is seeking opportunities to make a difference in the lives of women and their children,” said Annie Goni-Steward, executive managing director for the Reno/Carson/Tahoe Chapter of eWomenNetwork. “We look forward to supporting the success of a local nonprofit with a grant this year.”
The eWomenNetwork Foundation provides awards and grants to organizations committed to improving the emotional and financial well-being of women and children. Local winners will be flown to Dallas to participate in a grant program and gala especially designed for them at the eWomenNetwork International Conference and Business Expo, North America’s largest women’s business conference, August 3-5, 2017. To date, more than 94 nonprofit organizations have benefited from the Foundation’s generosity.
