eWomenNetwork program explores three common entrepreneurial mistakes
eWomenNetwork’s August networking dinner presents tips to help entrepreneurs to anticipate and embrace the transitions every business goes through while at the same time guarding the business’ financial health, 5:15 p.m. to 7:15 p.m. (informal networking begins at 4:45 p.m.), Wednesday, August 16, 2017, at the Hidden Valley Country Club, 3575 Hidden Valley Drive in Reno.
Keynote speaker Petra Mayer will explain how to avoid the three most common mistakes made by entrepreneurs as they navigate the challenges of business growth:
- Not following a clear business model
- Not balancing cash flow strategies with business transformation strategies
- Not asking for help
- Mayer also will provide an overview of transition throughout a business life-cycle along with the strategic focus of each period
